See the Signs and Know Preventive Measures for Suicide

Virginia Beach, VA, October 3rd -- In 2019, suicide was responsible for about one death every 11 minutes in the United States, reported by The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Many families and friends don't know the signs to look for when it comes to suicide. Just as many don't know how to tell someone, they are dealing with suicide. The purpose of this webinar is to inform and empower. I will be conducting this webinar with the aide of my lifetime friend, who is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). She has over 15 years of experience in her field.

This event will cover identifying potential behavioral patterns, how to ask for help, tools to empower you, and sources to reach out for help. The event will be an hour-long and contain interactive gaming and education to provide a hands-on application. The webinar will include knowing the warning signs, knowing the risk factors, and starting the conversation about suicide. My goal is to leave you equipped with some tools to build the wall of community for those who need it.
